What a simply georgeous and crackin picture Paul....this is what I would expect, from someone, as good and professionally as you...everything about it is 'superb!'
In my favourites folder now, and also big marks to you .....Bob
Well, there is one advantage to watching a photo sloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooowly work it's way down your screen when you have dial up...you get to study it in parts. This photo did not come alive until the bottom foreground came into view. That "made" the entire photograph which is a beauty, Paul. When I saw the thumbnail the first thing that poopped into my mind is, "Wow. Paul's done it again". So glad you are around, my friend!
Very nice shot...I would have to lie to find any fault with this. I can't believe there are no votes on this yet...c'mon...if you are going to look at a picture vote on it...good or bad. Only takes a second.
There's an old saying in Tennessee -- I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee -- that says, fool me once, shame on -- shame on you. Fool me -- you can't get fooled again. (groan)
This is one of your best pieces Paul! The colors are wonderful. I like the dark mountains in the far background. The few reeds that are in the water add that extra 'something' so the water does not appear flat. There is also a neat looking shimmer to the lake that I really like. The tree on the left makes an excellent framing piece and the blue sky is just perfect. What a place to go and meditate! I am sure it looked even more beautiful in person. Into my favorite's folder on my harddrive and my screensaver slideshow folder. This is what I call "picture perfect"!!!! Thanks for the awesome post :~)
