No, not from Amsterdam and neither from my backyard!
But this is close to my home in North Holland, close to a place called Schagerbrug.
Thank Bob!

Beautiful picture, Paul. I was in Amsterdam a long, long time ago. It was 1970 and I never left the airport. Wish I would have visit longer since I've seen your photos. It's another great picture.
Hey there luvey! What a gorgeous scene..I love the difference between the white//red and blue...hm those are the American colours arent they?? hehe .I shall have to go down to Southern Oregon to the Tulip Festival and take some shots so you can see we even grow them here! Thank you for such loveliness....V
Holland must be big on growing flowers. One thing about this shot...all those tupils are as close together as they can be so to capture them all in focus is a feat in itself but you did do just that. A very pretty composition.

paul, your tulips are divine. there's something about white tulips that is extra special. i love this BIG PICTURE. i haven't looked at the other postcard but can't wait. jen
I don't know, I may like this one even more. The striping is even more evident, the windmill is closer, and the flowers are so thick. They're a very creamy color and with the stripe in them they somehow remind me of candy. I think I'll use this one for a while.
Hallo Paul
Splendid picure, I like the colours of the tulips, but I found the red nicely that the white.
That is my taste. Also the mill on the context.

Hi Mr. Paul, another beautiful story to tell of Holland! Paul presents to us a stunning carpet of white tulips trimmed in soft golden yellow and blended with the gorgeous reds and dancing under a sky of vivid blue, what a sight to behold it is! A painter's paradise indeed, every thing required to paint a memory to remember! I just love the blending of the golden whites with the reds and the background of new green growth, flecked with windmills of character! Very nice Paul, thumbs up forever! Smiling, Sincerely, Marilyn
This color would look quite good in my front yard Paul. When did you say I could expect the bulbs to arrive in the mail?
This is a hot shot image in ,y opinion. The detail of the tulips in the foreground is amazing and the view just goes on and on and on and on......wow. Your home area is full of color this time of year. Thank you for taking the time to bring it to us so we can all drool over the drop-dead gorgeous flowers. I am envious :~)
