"Indecency, vulgarity, obscenity --these are strictly confined to man; he invented them. Among the higher animals there is no trace of them. They hide nothing. They are not ashamed."
~From "Letters From the Earth"~ Mark Twain
Superb - absolutely superb!!!! I love the way the lightest part of the sky is just above the the windmill. Makes it look very theatrical - like a spotlight on stage.
This is spectacular, Paul. I hope you will frame this and put it up somewhere. Or even give a copy to the owners of the mill! It's really wonderful. cheers, Quiet
This is photography at it's best Paul. The dark moody sky and the subtle color on the ground area with the rays of light coming from behind the clouds....wow, this makes one grateful for being able to see beauty such as this. Thank you so much for sharing this with us :~)
Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual.
Edward Weston
This is another winning image! Nature at work - I like the way you capture the contrast in colours from the stormy clouds to the golden browns on the ground. great work :o)
