Glad to see that my previous posting of Mont-Saint-Michel brought back good memories to some of our Caedes peers. Here is a view from above. If you look good, you can just make out 3 people walking the sands. They have to be careful to make it back in time, for the incoming tide will flood the sands with a speed of about 60 meters per minute!

Nice place! Beautiful clouds. Was your third person the one who drew a heart in the sand?

Those people must be ant size. My eyes don't see them. I like your picture though. It is very interesting.

This is almost an aerial photograph. The mood of the place will change if the building was not captured.

wonderful photograph! and I spotted the little dots on the sand and thought "no! they couldn't be people - far too small" but after reading your narrative I realised what a great expanse of sand this was - and it is very beautiful too! Patti

The breadth of this is image is incredible, and you've handled the technical aspects most skillfully as usual. I've never seen a shot from this vantage point, very imaginable. I see the two guys wearing Nikes, but I can not find the third subject............Neil

Beautiful scenic patterns. Lovely capture with great color and depth. Two explorers are traversing the sand bar and I wonder what they found on their adventure. Great job.

great shot of all the sand. it's dangerous to walk out there unless you're aware of exactly where you're walking. they warned us about it. fantastic view.
