I'd say. That is certainly not a scene you are likely to see in the US. Beautiful bands of wonderful spring colors and the windmill is classic.

Hmmmmmmmmmm Paul....I'm so happy it's "that time of year" again...so we can get to see the wonders of Holland in all its tulip glory...The colours and the placement you did of the windmill, its perfect..Looks like a postcard wrapped up in ribbons....very very nice my dear friend..Verena
