I liked this last one of the Süleymaniye Mosque, the way the child walks into the light.

Enlightened red dressed child walking steadily on a marvelous red carpet; much more interesting and cute than a president or a movie star...

I do too. A people shot that isn't about people. I love it. The colors are varied and they really blend together. The light coming through the stained glass is awesome. There's a lot of different types of lighting working together here, There's a lot going on in this photo and you captured it. Very good post.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

What a nice shot, I also like the way the child is walking in the beam of light. The colours are lovely and I agree with all the above posts. I have been to Turkey but not to Istanbul, but this way I really do feel as though I am there. Thank you
