Very thought provoking title. The images on the water can be changed with a mere pebble, but the real scene can withstand many storms. The home is there for shelter and you've left an opening around the wrought iron fence. I find this inviting. It's a photo about choices and of course up 'n downs. Very nice Paul.
Paul , one must have an eye for the beauty of Dutch landscapes. You have. Wonderful image. Love the reflection in the water too. Look up! Regards, Cornelius
There are so many good components to this that you probably could have done a number of crops and made more than one scene out of it. It's lovely and it's going to get a high cow index if I get to herd them to the barn!
"I never looked for it, gave it no name; yet I knew it always, when the gift of peace came. I stood quite still for the moment that it lasted...Then the light shifted slightly and the moment passed, leaving me...with the lasting echo of its presence.." Diana Gabaldon
