Wow this is beautiful I can just imaging lizards laying in the shade of the old branches.The light and colour especially in the shy is stunning.

Looking at these vertical spires of rock it takes a bit of mental reorientation to see them as the seabed of an ancient sea, millions of years ago. Our planet has been going through upheaval since the beginning but sometimes it takes a while. The positioning of the dead branch in the foreground is a nice mimic to the formations and the photo overall is a beaut.
