We stopped at Berry Falls for lunch on our canoe trip down the Niobrara. The young folk decided to wade across the river to climb the falls.

It is an excellent picture in clarity however the artistic merit is not as high as it could be - the lighting is just flat bright sunlight. A shot of this bridge in early morning light or twilight would produce a much better image.

If they go any deeper they may not be wading anymore. Looks like fun. Good angle, however I agree with trixxi17. You need to get a shot of the bridge itself in the early morning or late evening.

This is Nebraska (i.e. flat country). The Niobrara is normally about 2 feet deep. It was high at 3 feet when we went down. The only hard part about crossing was the current. :-)

Thanks for the suggestion about timing -- though at early morning or twilight I might have had a hard time convincing the kids to brave the mesquitos. :-)
