The Twin Arches are located in the Big South Fork National Reserve in Tennessee. You have to drive 5 miles down gravel roads and then hike 3/4 of a mile, which includes descending some really step stairs. Interestingly, the path to the arches includes walking on top of this arch. You don't realize you were on it until you look up to where you had been. This arch is 103 feet tall (70 feet to the bottom) and spans 135 feet. I want to frame this one.

This is so interesting, dear Jeff. Descending steep stairs is not for me. Going up is easy:)
Fascinating image and information.
SAM & SAAB [for Boris all that would be just a trifling matter of 20 minutes running down & up and back:)]

All that trekking would seriously take the enjoyment out of it for me so I will enjoy your fine capture instead Jeff. Maybe when I get in better shape.:)

Life's moments are sweet. I just want to capture all that I can of them.
