I actually took this at a distance and cropped it down. I was pleased how crisp came out. Reminds me of an Audubon image. Speaking of which, I haven't been able to pinpoint the name of this fellow.

The bird is a Dickcissel, and you are right, this is a remarkably clear and colorful image. I like the way you have isolated him so that we can see him better. Wonderful capture!
