The falls are about 15 feet high. Not huge, but beautiful to look at and the rainbow was an extra bonus.

Nature in all her glory is my uplift on life and so is my love of photography. sandi ♪ ♫
I like the miniature rainbow effect here. Waterfalls that cast a fine mist into the air are sometimes difficult to photograph in the sun due to a washing-out when each drop reflects the sunlight. Shooting this one further back and in more shade really makes it work. I can image sitting here for hours, reading a book and listening to the calming white noise of the cascading water.
