The first display you see when you enter the Scott's Aquarium at the Henry Doorly Zoo. I went on a cold Wednesday when the zoo was mostly empty, so I managed to get a full image of this tank. I'm impressed at the image gained through glass with the L16 camera.

Oh, I remember this very dramatic display. Standing somewhat alone in a darkened room, this is actually a tall, round tube filled with the same species of fish, right? I did take photos when we visited the HD but that was already 12 years ago, in 2005, and I'm sure they've made changes in that time. The camera I was using was a small, 5mp, point and shoot Canon--nothing like today's equipment. Knowing what this looks like in real life, I'm amazed at the job your camera did. The light contrast of the scene was a real challenge but your L16 blew that away. An outstanding shot and perfect for a wallpaper.

Breathtaking photograph! The light, colors, and composition are just incredible. Another favorite, outstanding capture, a feast for the eyes.
