Beyond the parking lot of our local Post Office in Cashiers, North Carolina, I spotted these Ox Eye Daisies. I can always expect to see honey bees hovering nearby. I can never resist taking photos of flowers with bees on them. So, I decided to hang around, and see what I could capture. While I was framing this shot in my viewfinder (with my finger poised on the shutter button), this litte bee flew in at that very moment. If you look closely, you can see the pollen attached to his legs.

This is a really great capture, not only getting the bee in flight, but the detail on the flower is excellent! Welcome to Caedes and hope to see more!
