I love the simplicity of your image & the soft swirls of red, I don't like the reflection on the top of the jewel, but the soft reflection underneath it is genius. An instance where less is more, & your image is sheer elegance.

HI there Dave! Thanks so much for commenting on ~gratitude~. Sometimes I get frustrated because I feel limited in my knowledge (or rather, lack of). I do best by experimenting..and then testing the finished products on my friends here :)
Now,for this Red Jewel. I love the deep, dark red that you used for the creation. It looks pretty awesome on my desktop (I removed my own image..hehe).It maybe simple to use, but it looks complicated to me. I love the rich vibrancy of the color and the center creation really draws the eye right to it. Well done and thank you again. Your support, comments/critiques are deeply appreciated! :~)

Beatifully clear, nice and simple... very symmetical. You've put enough variation in red hues in here to ward off any monotony. Excellent.

Out of the three Jewel images, I like this one the most. Gorgeous color, dramatic design and elegant simplicity. Very high marks from me and off to my favorites.
