Think it's the Elbmarschenhaus in Haseldorf (Schleswich Holstein, Germany), Raj. The use of sepia give this house a vintage look, somewhat 'disturbed' by the van on the left.

I was curious about the name and so did a translation search (although the "natur und kultur" was pretty obvious) and found that the "Elf Marsh House" nature and culture discovery center is in the Lower Saxony town of Marschacht, southeast of Hamburg, and the Elf Marsch is along the south shore of the Elbe River. I do like the sepia treatment, but I probably muffed some of these translations.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
Good colouring work on this!
