We found this falcon on a fair in Baarn (september 2005) in the Netherlands.

Great detail on this falcon. the one side seems a bit overexposed although it does present the light/dark side of this raptor! This would be even more interesting with a less busy background although I know we often do not get to choose the angle when capturing these birds for a photo shoot! Thank you :~)

I like the angle, it show a different bird. To tell you the truth, I feel that if the birds face was profile I would not like it as much. The contrast between the bird and statue is perfect, Im glad the statue was that color! it gives more to your composition! very sharp it looks like he posed for you!

I kept coming back to this picture. Something just draw me back everytime, and I'm not sure what it is! I am still but an amature when it comes to picture taking, but i just LOVE this picture. Well done!
