Nice work Rob! I like the way you have embossed the image to show the main area of interest. Works great as a desktop. You have cropped to a perfect composition:-)

A very nice "eye-level" look. You must have sustained a blue tummy!!! Terrific work, Rob, top marks.

Of the two posted so far this is my favorite. I like the croping as well as the "Embossing effect" To us old geezers this is known as Bas-Relief. A darkroom process that took about two days. Thank goodness for computers today! Super image Rob

What a great duck image. ducks are not my personal favorite among our feathered friends, but this shot is so appealing. I also agree that the Bas-Relief/Embossing effect works exceptionally well with this image. You do have that magic touch. :)

Well folks... this is a bit of a departure to be sure. I'm pleased with your comments on "Mallards in Context" and grateful. The measure of the success of ideas is not in their presence but in the adoption. *wink*

So *Rob lays out the gauntlet* ....show me!

Great shot, I love the way the hen in front is giving you the once over.

Excellent work. The framing is nice; but it seems awkward in the placement of the picture.
