A little Turner-esque. At first I thought it was too bland, but it grows on you after a while and I find myself peering into the mist to see the details. The very subtle sunlight makes it for me. I suspect this will get a low CI but I hope differently. It is a very nice and different picture.
Thanks for your comment Chris. I agree with the C-index. While I have a handful of postings with reasonable scores my newest mission is to worsen my current low of 11 with what would otherwise be a picture worth a pat on the back. ;)

I was thinking of both jeremy, although his photographs tend to have more structure than this, and also William Turner the painter. Some of his pictures are very empty of detail. e.g Sun Setting over Lake, Buttermere lake and others. The similarity is not with the colours which Turner uses to great effect but in the painting of scenes will little detail in them.
