I dedicate this shot of the rose Peace to Jim and the memory of his dear Mother. Gods' peace and comfort be with you Jim, every step, every moment, every breath and every deed. Take care my friend....
There is no love, like a mother's love, no stronger bond on earth... like the precious bond that comes from God, to a mother, when she gives birth. A mother's love is forever strong, never changing for all time... and when her children need her most, a mother's love will shine. God bless these special mothers, God bless them every one... for all the tears and heartache, and for the special work they've done. When her days on earth are over, a mother's love lives on... through many generations, with God's blessings on each one. Be thankful for our mothers, for they love with a higher love... from the power God has given, and the strength from up above. -Jill Lemming
As good as it get Ace. Joy summed it up for all of us. Our prayers are with JimboB and his family. Thanks for sending such a special flower for all of us.
Your wonderful image and the narrative with well chosen words make this to a great tribute Stan! See in Jimbob's comment above that he has a rather similiar opninon on that. Regards, Cornelius.
Some people have Gurus, I have my camera. Through the cam lenses I have learnt to deeply perceive life, not only to see, but to look at all expressions of nature, becoming able to read the poetry of the flowers, receiving the embrace of the trees and flying above the clouds without wings! - Susie Sun
Stan, this is beautiful in so many ways.....the dark background symbolizes the darkness that I am sure Jim feels...the light pink of the rose is symbolic of the love and light his Mom gave him for many years. The green symbolizes life and that we will continue on despite the pain and grief.
Jim, once again, my deepest sympathy to you on the loss of your Mom.
What a lovely dedication to Jim Stan - so thoughtful and a delight to see. It is kindnesses like this that make losses in our lives a little easier to get through, knowing that there are people who understand and care.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . .
