nice effects and it matches the theme of the pic. However, there is a white spot to the right of the right eye that needs to be PS'd and the white crosshair light gleam is not fitting. It appears almost like flaws at a glance. This is especially because the centre to left light ray is lost in the light colours. The centre to right looks exagerated because of that. I would remove or shorten them to match the centre to right beam. The crosshairs meet without a sparkle, which looks odd, especially because the sparkle in the eye is next to the intersection. 8/10

Its really a great piece of work, but I wish the horizontal and vertical lines weren't in it. Its sorta distracting.
