Taken New Years Eve 2007. This is the outside of the Wawel Castle in Krakow.
Anyone familiar of the legend of 'St. George and the Dragon'? It happend here. There's a cave under the castle that you can walk through in the summer. They even have a fire-breathing, again, in Summer, dragon.

Very pretty shot! I like how the strong colour of the wall is contrasted with the foggy grey background. Also the fog gives it a more mystical feel.

You would think with the cold of winter they'd have that dragon all fired up. A nice shot and perspective. Nice texture on the fore wall and the fog adds a sense of the mystical.

Such a cold looking place. I love the way you did the photography on the brick wall. The angle is wonderful! I can only imagine all the work that went into building that. My Mom lived in Krakow when she was a child. But we are all from Germany. What a awesome castle too. With a hidden room? wow.
