I was surprised to see quite a number of the native dogwood still thriving in areas of BC (they are vulnerable to fungus attack). Their greenish white blossoms are eye popping in their forest environment, but hard to spot when not in bloom. This one of course is not the native version.

These are beautiful. They look like the blooms on the dogwood we used to have in the yard before a storm took it away. Nice detail.
