Ah, spring again, late this year with sustained cooler overnight temperatures. This local wildflower, an Easter Lily, taken with a telephoto against the blue of the lake in the background.
A good test of any photographer is their macros. I zoomed way in to the stamen and pistil here and easily give this one an A+. It is so good I think would have cropped it very tight, into a portrait view, leaving out the bokeh plant life on the left. Outstanding, tack-sharp, and a real keeper.
