When the picture is large, the focus is not quite as tight as the smaller picture, but the capture is quite beautiful and is excellent! I like it... great job!
very nice shot
id be tempted to put her a tad further to the left if you have more image that you cropped off the right hand side - but thats a personal thing and isnt a critique of your cropping:)
the bokeh in this shot is soooooo pleasing too
it looks smoooooooth and lies on a lovely diagonal line guiding the eye to the ladybird - very well composed
youd be surprised how magnification and macro always exagerates even tiny amounts of shake or slightly off focus
The foucs is a bit off, but this actually can be improved in the photoshop. I like the contrast between the fresh green grass straws and the red ladybird. It is so small and gentle. Great job.
I really like the effect in composition achieved by blurring the background and as a result the light points that form a diagonal. Combine that with the subtle lines of the leaf that the the ladybug is on and that ever so little amount of leaf showing in the upper right. Perfect.
The colour contrast really is amazing. Another strong element in the image. I love that green.
'K, tighten up the focus and this is a 12 out of 10.
p.s. Anyone that has ever followed one of these little guys, knows that they are difficult models to work with. They never seem to stop moving and are always taking breaks ;) .
The focus is off a little but I love the image. The colors on the ladybug are great. I like the saying next to the photo. It is simple and yet there is great color contrast. It make me want to put out my finger for the ladybug to crawl up on but if I did, she would fly away.
