this is great , here i like the small focus field ; it really ads to the pic , and the colors are amazing. (this would have done great in the contest).Love the detail and the drop .
As for the other one there i don't like the small focus field , strange huh ?

This is a great macro. Too centered composition for my taste and there's a tad bit too much blue cast in the hues (IMHO and nothing more) but you know me... ^_^ That's one great camera you have! Now give it to me... ;) (Boohoo, I'll not be able to upgrade in a couple of years or so. ^_^)

Wonderful. Regardless of the centered composition, I love how the colors seem "magnified" by the water drop.

And actually, I think the symmetry is nice. It fits with the leaf. Also nice that the line is not straight down the center, but diagonal a bit.

Excellent capture. I spotted your other rose leaf picture in the voting booth without knowing the author and was very impressed. This one is great - I love the detail and the colour contrast between the green and the red. I would have liked to see perhaps slightly greater DOF.

Well, I love everything about it. The focus, the colors, the centering & your framing sets it off magnificently. 10 from me & on my hard drive.

This is your most interesting macro in this bunch, Sam. the diagonal is a very good element, and the chromatic effect of the water droplets is hard to look away from. I also like the whole "nature as fractal" thing you have going on.
