I do believe we have a "living fractal" here. I would stay away from those "teeth" however. I can see why this attracted your attention. It is colorful. I would like to see what this is attached to. Must be some can kind of wierd plant. Succulent? I can't picture it being succulent, unless this thing is capable of sucking one's brains out. A very interesting, curiosity peeking, and unique capture.

I like the warm red colour here.. also I just like the image as a whole with black borders, green backround and then that red thingi. I would like to see more focused parts but that usually depends on the camera. I would also like to see that green backround a little less blurred. not sharp but just a bit more of blurred details that now acn't be seen for that strong blur. The plant shouldn't maybe go straight cross the image as you already have those borders. It could maybe be a little at an angle.

I agree about the crab legs. With this view it does look like something a lot more animal or alien than vegetable. Very vivid contrast and wicked barbs.
