I know there are a million shots like this but I couldn't very well go to NY and NOT photograph it now could I.
This shot was taken with my new Sanyo Xacti video camera which I bought whilst in the US. The still shots aren't quite as good as with my DSLR I don't think (and of course the zoom lens isn't anywhere near as powerful) but it is so much lighter and less cumbersome I found that I simply didn't take the SLR with me anywhere...

So what's another photo matter then. A nice perspective and great lines and angles in your shot. A nice b/w presentation, though a bit of contrast to cut down on the bright white of the clouds wouldn't hurt. Hope you didn't pay too much for this iconic landmark.
