Really great photo Opie. The title is just as great. Faved. Nice way to shoot them. Not to filling but better for them. Great background. Looks like she was waiting for you.

How very proud she is and aware there is someone about. such a beautiful animal, am sure glad you were able to get a good photo of her...before she took off.I just love how she is standing there so poised and prim..nice job. Verena
I could never shoot a deer. They are just too regal and elegant. How did you get this close to that deer? This image has a bluish color cast to it that should be removed in a photo editing program. Other than that, good work.

....really lovely shot of this little deer Paul. I noticed the blue, but actually I like it - I was thinking maybe you changed the white balance to flourescent, but with the light and shadow it looks very pleasing to the eye!

You really captured something here mate. Despite the softness in much of the image her face is sharp and there is a wonderful quality of life to the image. There is a blue cast but I think it is part of what makes this image pop, adds an appropriate hint of the ethereal I reckon. Some shots just seem to reveal more than "what's there" and for me, this is one of those. Faved for sure.
