I forgot I had this one. Found it in the depths of the image folders while cleaning out my bins. Taken last May with Nikon D70 (When it was new to me). He looks like he has his eye on something good to eat for lunch.

Glad you shook the bin Opie. I hope you had some newspaper in the bottom of it. Such a good closeup. Another one headed for the top. Good post.

Either I have never seen this before, or I never noticed it before, but it looks like the eye..socket and all..is angled forward, so to see in front better. Very cool close up. Super detail, Paul. Marvelous find from the bin.

I like this profiled close up. As well as the angle, lighting casting shadows and enhancing the details. Definitely intent expression. Very nice.
