Not sure how I feel about this one. Taken early evening experimenting with shutter speeds.

Working long hours lately leaves not much time for photographing, much less working on images.

Tell me what you think.

If you are pressed for time, Paul, I think you should have used a faster shutter speed. lol Just kidding. I love the milky flow of the water around the sharp rocks. Nicely carried out exposure control.

It kind of looks like mountain peaks sticking above the clouds, but then I wouldn't be able to explain the water in the background. LOL. I have never tried this yet, but I want to some time. I like it. Nice work, Paul. I hope you get a break soon.

You asked, so I will tell. The flow of water is slowed down way more than I care for. I know this is the "trend" in photography nowadays. But, I like the way Mother Nature does it for the most part. At least leave some detail in the water. And, if it's going to be this slow you might need more surrounding bank grass showing to provide some contrast in the "flow" of things.

The experiment works for me, but I do agree with Pat, I would like to see a little more detail in the water and a bit of other contrast color.

Really a cool capture, I would have liked to see a touch more detail in the water flowing around the rock.

Paul, For my own tastes I do like this one alot. It's different and done well. It does have a cloudy look to it and I like it. It's good to experiment and it paid off well here. ♪ ♫ :)sandi♪ =^..^=
