On a recent road trip we found an incredible little gallery with a sculpture garden nestled in a tiny town along the road. If you ever get a chance to pass through Leaburg Oregon, look for it. There isn't much to the town, but the place is definitely worth a stop.

Hey Kirsten,
I love the composition on this one,
Beautiful colors too,
A thing, I think could be improved is the contrast,
Otherwise, wonderfully done,

Thanks for sharing

gee, your piece leaves us with all of these questions. it is beautiful just as a scupture but i'm not sure if it is a little girl or the stearn face of a more modern woman. nice capture and the story of this piece goes on.

The blue tones certainly fit the mood and the side of her face as though trying not to be photographed adds to the tension you have created here.
Definitely worth some further study.
