This is awesome there Wolfey Girl. The lighting in particular is very dramatic and in conjunction with the black gives this an identity all it's own. It's a fav. Great job, Bonnie.
An excellent picture. The light has been mentioned and will be mentioned again - it creates an accent for the flowers. The black background works so well with the flowers and light, too!

Well, let me get one comment in before you take it down...fortunately I saved it this way because I really like it, but if you're going to reload it, I would suggest that you slice it a little on the left so we have more flower and less empty space to concentrate on? I like the drama of the black, but that lighting and the arrangement of the flowers is too gorgeous to miss even one glimpse!!

Thank you PJ :)
I didn't want to lose the nice comments people took the time to write so I might just be naughty just this once, and upload the new one without removing this.
I'll think on how to bring the flowers out more without having them cut off anywhere.
Now we're talking! This is a damn good effort. Composition is pretty much perfect and the colours are subtle too. Nice one. You've obviously sussed the editing problems and I'd suggest using the "Quick Mask" feature in PS, if you are using PS that is. I assume you still have the original. Actually, a word of advice - Always work on a copy of the original. I've made this mistake myself, more than once too.
