Steve - The path is well trodden for good reason, as this is a pretty and tranquil place to hike. The snow covered ground offers a nice contrast to the winter trees and sky. Shadows from the late day sun behind you are a real nice addition to the scene. Beautiful clarity in this shot. Thad

The low sun makes for some nice light and shadows. I like the nice rich colors of the leaves as well as the almost silhouetted Burr oak. Great shot!

Last night I lay in bed looking up at the stars in the sky and I thought to myself, where the heck is the ceiling.
The gentle touch of those shadows work with the lead in pathway!
