this is an awesome picture. I live in Colorado now, but used to live in Virginia and I've climbed Old Rag more than once. I love the raptors in the updrafts there.

My first thought, when I opened this, was "oh wow". magical, rare scene indeed.
for me, the one detractor are the trees in the lower right. this isn't a technical error.. they're clear and properly exposed.
it's that they're distracting. The rest of this shot is so magical, that they almost intrude with reality. perhaps a crop/clone job? a b/w conversion?
I'm not trying to take away from this at all (hey, I faved it) but rather.. see even more possibilities. Thanks for the post.
