My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

The light quality reminds me more of an early morning, burning off a fog. I can almost hear the crickets chirping and the birds singing as they busily go about their day.

Your artisan photography always inspires a comforting sense of home and hearth for me. Familiar and soothing iconic images, made new and more beautiful in the hands of your artistic vision.

You are a treasure, Carol ... an artist, historian, storyteller, and a visionary of the deep and true beauty of things, beyond the superficial.

Beautiful work, Carol...lovely glow you've given this...and I do love this old barn...looks quite sizeable and not a style I am accustomed to seeing.

This brought me back to the old days as a kid, running through the dew covered grass and the sounds of crickets and lighting bugs in the evening.
