Once was a prize barn but not anymore. I've gone by it so many times and the roof is worse each time. One of these times it will be down altogether. Good-bye old beauty.!!
Carol, in my small but overcrowded country, buildings/barns are generally not allowed to be in such a state. We have a so-called 'beauty committee' to assess whether renovation (often with a subsidy) or demolition will take place. Objections may be lodged against their decision. The final verdict can take quite a long time, so that such ruins can occasionally be seen here. In any case, it's a photogenic scene that has been perfectly photographed and edited by you.

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
