Now that is where my neighbours tortoise has got to!!!! Only joking! This is a lovely capture of this unique creature. I love the colour, clarity and that little pink flower which he has adorning his shell. ! ! Well done!

Here in Florida, we call those guys "Gopher" Turtles.

Not to be funny...but, "they taste like Chicken", or so I've been told. Florida also put SERIOUS fines and made it Ileagle to kill them. They are starting to flourish again in Florida. :-)

A fine creature with lovely markings. I love all the little rocks and leaves that establish his surroundings in this image. Good clarity too.
