it's been a while. I've been working on some pen and ink here lately. Anyhow - this one is actually a variation of another image that I have done. Can't upload that one until the size changes are made...soon though!

Very nice! It occurred to me that those clouds almost look like continents. The I thought, that wouldn't be a bad idea actually. Sort of symbolic, know what I mean?

thanks. I do like this one. I can't be certain how much time I spent on the original image...it was a lot though. Well worth it I think. I wanted to figure out a way to share some of it here on caedes.net - this does not do it justice but was the best that I could come up with. The clouds didnt quite turn out the way that I wanted but they took so damn long - thank the maker for my tablet...I dont know how I would have gotten this done with just a mouse. They do look like continents a bit...that's kinda cool.

Thoroughly, thoroughly enjoyed being able to spend time looking at it, taking it in and trying ... trying to interpret your image.
Your piece portrays all the magnificent elements of a 'good day' ... of the sun's rays penetrating and seeking the breaks in wonderful cloud cover ... the symmetry and balance, that I have at times perceived in nature in real time ... it is both fresh and very alive to me. Really nice.
