I saw this rhino at chester zoo and just thought his skin texture was wonderful and ripe for a HDR image.

For me Ted you've overdone the HDR here, as there are very few shadows left which give your photo a bleached out unnatural appearance.
On the positive side the dof is very good, & it's a well framed subject.

i like the HDR effect, i wanted an almost rendered look to the final image, it's the textures i was interested in more than shadow etc...
