Pleasant scene overall, but I'm really enjoying the 40-45% of this shot's left side. There, the depth and texture of the reflections and moss/algae floating in the water are worth the price of admission. the swan in nice enough, but overblown, and the green reflection in the upper right somehwat uneventful. Perhaps a crop, right down the middle, leaving this a vertical image, might really be an interesting look.
Please, even if you don't visit my gallery, check out my "Faves".I've left them intact since day "1", and would like it if every image there got the attention they deserved.
It is very hard to get a shot of a swan with out some of it being over exposed, especially if the sun is out at all. Check out other swans...even those with high C-I scores. I like the surrounding area that this swan resides. Very nice shot, Ann.
Love the composition here~the swan placed in the lower right! Beautiful water reflections and ripples! A feeling of stumbling onto a private moment! Gorgeous Ann! :)Ami
This Image GRABBED my EYE. That's Why I Stopped By.
