Spotted these two Swans while out walking. I was standing on a bridge near Staunton Harold Water in South Derbyshire. It was a very peaceful scene. Thanking you in advance for amy comments.

Those are a couple of beautiful birds, Ann. I think they are Mute Swans. Wonderful capture, and you were lucky to see them and get this shot. Nice job.

Ann, please be careful in such situations as the husband can be dangerous because he's protecting his wife. I know occasions that a photographer of such scenes was wounded seriously.
Very fine image though. Thanks for the done effort and the showed courage, lol.

I think you have found their nest (I got that all by myself/ with a hint from the title). I like the rounded corners in the frame. Could this be the royal newlyweds?
