You may notice that I have uploaded a similar photo called Spring Lamb (2). Well this is the same lamb when he first spotted me, and I have been in two minds whether to upload this or not. I know I could have got rid of his blue eyes, but Ive decided to leave them in as they seem to add to the surprise on its little face when he saw me. Thank you in advance for any comments.

If I may, Ann.. and although you are not quite as comfortable with Photoshop ... yet ... try this tutorial:
"Faking the HDR thing..."
Screenshots accompany the text to make it easy to follow.
The creative/editing thinking here is.. to bring out a lil' more detail in the lamb's face. Completing/applying the entire tutorial will address this.. and add some nice dimensionality as well.
Key is to experiment with the amounts/slider controls ... and not overdue things (i.e. if you start or see some 'haloing' around the edges of your subject matter ... you've pushed the Shadow/Highlights too much).
An endearing shot with good good colour. :o)
