This scene caused a great deal of excitement and lots a "aarrrhs and arent they sweet" from me and my work colleagues last week. The male swan did try and charge at us just after I took this shot as I think he couldnt cope with the admiration, and saw us more of a threat!! ha ha I suppose 10 females on a barge would cause him to think that!!! ha ha

Not an easy shot in bold sunlight Ann, but isn't it good to see a Swan family on the water at this time of the year. The misty edges on the frame give the photograph a very creative touch.
