Really liking that you included some foreground interest within frame, Tom. That of the water plants.
Very nice shot.
Good control on the exposure.
And offsetting the rising sun ... adds some other good good visual dynamics to your photo here.
Additionally, you made excellent use of the naturally occurring lines within your final composition and presentation to us.
Specifically, the treeline and their reflections ... and then that of the shape of the pond itself ... all act as great 'guides' for your viewer's eyes.

From the arch of the arrowroot cluster to the tree line and its reflection, the diagonal centerline makes this a pleasing photo. Very well done!
