A fave for me Tom, and I hope you will enter it into the challenge. I love the mood of this one, and with that low fog it almost silhouettes the fisherman. Excellent!!! tigs=^..^=
Wonderful moment with the mist, just right in black and white. Who is watching the one pole, or is that one yours and you stepped back to get the photo? Anyway it is a great scene.
I was taking photos to the left when this man came out to get the fish on his line , they were both his Carol. Bottom fishing for trout he leaves a bobber dangling on the line and watches for it to move. This was a color photo.
An instant fave for me as well...so atmospheric, moody, and a touch of nostalgia...great b/w and one for the challenge I hope...well composed, lovely lighting, and marvelous mist...good work on this one Tom.

Wow - Moody and dream like - really like that low lying fog or steam coming off of the pond. It looks like he has something on his fishing pole line the way it's bent right over and he's reeling it in
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
