Just looking through a folder of older images... this one's a Tierazon fractal layered and worked in either Paintshop Pro or Photoshop Elements - possibly both!
Exquisite design and lovely colours. I really like the delicacy of some of your images - the intricate, subtle layers of patterns and the sense of serenity they seem to have.
Lovely piece, Tootles. It's interesting to me that it's one of your older images -- it has a lot of the characteristics that are pretty much the hallmarks of your work: Using curves in a way that really engages the eye, varying the patterned elements in a way that produces an excellent composition without either repetition or chaos, and a skillful and restrained use of color that's nonetheless vibrant. Really like your gallery and this image is an excellent addition.
Oh -- looking at it again. Another thing I like about this image and now want to work with myself, is the concentration of the "heavier" design elements in the corners rather than in the middle. The middle's hardly blank -- the curves draw the eye through it and around it while the delicate glow behind them adds depth -- but its openness makes this an image that you don't look AT. You look INTO it. That's given me a lot to think about.
This is gorgeous. You've taken two of my favorite colours, given them almost magical shapes and layers....what's not to love. This has most definitely become ones of my favorites. Thanks!
I've decided to look your entire gallery through and just put a comment on one of ur art collection.
I have to say you are amazing. You have such imagination and creativity. Very very beautiful art work
