For the Apophysis Challenge, second set of parameters: Song of Flight.

Apart from editing and repositioning, no changes made in Apop. I brightened it up slightly in Paintshop Pro and Photoshop Elements, adding a PSP gradient to the background.

I found this set quite hard - it's a spectacular fractal with an amazing gradient, but I wanted to get away from the circular flower-type (Winged Star and Wandering Star) I'd just made in the first set of parameters, that's probably why. I chased after a red herring by rendering something for days that turned out to be rubbish. So I'm very glad to get this one, which only took 45 minutes to render!

Very good :)
I love the softness of the colours you chose and the upward design.

That is beautiful.

I really like the suggestion of flight and the colour choices are gorgeous. Never ... never would have come up with this scheme ... it is entrancing. Lovely work there.

My word, to have produced this flame ... your efforts were well spent.

Unique, is but one fitting descriptor.

Really nice work and really well done. Thanks for sharing your creative talents Tootles. :o)
