I did catch your image's here, previous incarnation.
And as much as I liked that version ... your addition of the 'bubbles' and darkening of some of the colour (contrast adjustment, whichever and whatever) ... really, really ... kicks this one up. :o)
The addition of the bubbles element alone, strengthens the compositional balance some more in my humble opinion. As well as, adding some wonderful movement. Or, I should say ... enhances the movement already present within frame.
The darkening of the colour palette provides an assist on the dimensionality front.
Nicely ... and I do mean, nicely done.

The colours and undersea effects are lovely.
