My, it's a big moon tonight...
I don't have a pen tool in Photoshop Elements, so I created the trees and hummocks using Context Free Art (my best route to smooth curves on the Mac... the PC was chuntering away through some Apo fractals, so I couldn't bother it). I made the butterflies and leaves in Photoshop Elements; the flowers in Paint Shop Pro 7. No third party brushes or layer styles were used, except for basic drop shadows.
Et voila: a peculiar tree haunted by the ghost of summer. Happy Halloween!

Very good creation and picture,it is very cute,the colors and shadows are very pleasant,very nice moon,it is very lovely with the butterflies.

in my mind looks like bare bleak autumn trees of fall are now starting to swirl with lights and decorations for Christmas Trees. Maybe instead of Tootles they should call you too too terrific...even though I don't always comment I do enjoy looking at your fanciful works of art!
